The Venetian Plaza on the Marco Polo Trail
This truly immersive locale will have your guests feeling like they're worlds away from the norm! Originally designed as the entrance portal to the Marco Polo Trail, the Venetian Plaza is a completely recreated outdoor scene from medieval Italy. This venue is available at any time of day or in the evening and can accomodate up to 80 guests, depending on seating arrangements.

The Picnic Pavilion
Perfect for accommodating a larger number of guests, the tented Picnic Pavilion is located in the upper Zoo and offers a large and yet out-of-the-way place to party that's still a stone's throw from some of our most popular exhibits. This venue is available at any time of day or in the evening, and can accomodate up to 250 guests.

The Meller-Danforth Education Center
Our Education Center is a great place for corporate meetings. The perfect place to get away from the ordinary and "think outside the box," the Center offers a large "in-the-round" sky-lighted meeting space that can also be converted into three separate rooms. A/V equipment, podium and other amenities are provided. This venue is available any time of day or in the evening and can accomodate up to 100 guests.

The Greenhouse
The Greenhouse is the perfect day or night time setting for parties, cocktail receptions, and corporate events.  Fitted with both air conditioning and a heating system for year-round comfort, the large airy space can be decorated beautifully to fit the theme of your choice. Additionally, the Greenhouse is attached to Hasbro's Our Big Backyard and is next to the grand finale of the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular, the awe-inspiring Laughing Tree, offering your guests a truly unique venue.  The Greenhouse is available for daytime or evening rentals and can accommodate up to 100 seated guests.”

Jambo Junction
Located among our Fabric of Africa exhibits and directly adjacent to the elephants and giraffes, our recently refurbished Jambo Junction offers seating overlooking our wetlands lake. This venue is available after the Zoo closes to the public at 4 p.m. and can accomodate up to 350 seated guests.

The Upper Zoo
Your medium size group of up to 2,000 people will enjoy the charming atmosphere of the entire upper Zoo. This facility includes the Venetian Plaza, the Menagerie Patio, the Wilderness Plaza, the Mellor-Danforth Education Center and the Picnic Pavilion.

The Entire Zoo!
If you're planning a large evening event and want to treat your guests to an exclusive experience, you can rent the entire Zoo, staffed and with all available animals on exhibit! Capacity is up to 5,000 guests.
