Formal Education Programs
(during a field trip or in your classroom)

The Zoo offers a wide variety of formal programs, from September through June, tailored to preschoolers through highschoolers. Some are available during a field trip to the Zoo, some are just for presentation inside your own classroom, and most are available both at the Zoo and in your classroom!  These standards-based programs are a great complement to your curriculum and offer valuable experiential learning opportunities. View our program offerings here.

Field Trip Only
(visit the Zoo without a formal program)

Of course, you can also book just a field trip to the Zoo, without a formal program included, and simply let our 40 acres of exhibits and animals be your living classroom!
