Make a Reservation for your School Field Trip


Thank you for your interest in coming to Roger Williams Park Zoo, "the best zoo in the region" (America's Best Zoos: A travel Guide for Fans and Families, 2007). We aim to provide you and the members of your school group with a fun, educational and memorable experience.

In order to expedite your reservation and admission, and provide you with the information you need to assure the members of your group have a safe and enjoyable visit, please review the following information carefully and then fill out the form below.

1. In order to receive the group discount rates, be sure to print out this form after you have completed it and bring it with you on the day of your visit. If you have questions about making your reservation or need to change the date of a group you have already booked, please call our Group Sales office at (401) 467-0150.

2. Payment in full is due on the day of your visit, by check, credit card or cash. When you arrive at the admissions gate you will be charged for the actual group attendance on the day of the visit. Reminder: As of 1/1/08, RWPZ no longer accepts Purchase Orders on the day of the visit.

3: Tickets to Flutterby: Butterflies in Bloom can be purchased on the day of your visit at the Flutterby ticket booth inside the zoo. Prices are $2 for children pre-K – 7th grade and $3 for grade 8 through adult.

Each grade range requires a minimum number of chaperones.
One chaperone will be admitted free of charge per each party of 10 students.
