Pump and Filtration Technician
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, and/or the Director of Operations, responsibilities will include the maintenance and upgrade of the pump and filtration systems throughout this facility. This individual will also be called upon to assist in other areas of the Facilities Department including building maintenance, snow removal, carpentry, plumbing and other related fields of the construction trade.

Associate Veterinary Technician
The Associate Veterinary Technician is a member of the Veterinary Department and is responsible for assisting the Veterinarians and Curatorial Staff with the care of all animals in the Zoo’s collection. This position will join a department of two full-time Veterinarians and one full-time Certified Veterinary Technician.

**Candidates must possess a degree from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technician program and one year zoo (or equivalent) experience.
Manager of Volunteer Resources
The Manager of Volunteer Resources is a member of the Education Department and is responsible for the administration of all non-paid human resources for the Zoo. The position is also responsible for the coordination of the Zoo’s intern programs. The Manager of Volunteer Resources provides direct supervision to the AmeriCorps Member assigned to the coordination of the Zoo Crew teen volunteer program and reports to the Director of Education.

Wild Bunch Member
The Wild Bunch is a troupe of on-grounds performers that uses the arts to educate, entertain and inspire Zoo visitors. Typical performances include puppet shows, story times, and animal interpretation. This is a seasonal part-time position that runs from April through Labor Day.
