☀️⚠️ Due to the extreme heat predicted for the coming days, some of our animals may be brought indoors for their health and safety. While many of our animals have the ability to go outside or stay inside their air-conditioned indoor habitats, our staff are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of all our animals when the weather gets this hot.

Whether it's making a splash zone in the hose or providing fruitsicles/fishsicles for a quick cool-down and fun enrichment, our animals are always a top priority. And for visitors planning to visit don't forget to head to our water play area for some fun or grab an ice-cold Del's lemonade! We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan your visit accordingly. Stay cool and hydrated, everyone! 💦

DYK Wild giraffe populations have dropped by 30% in just 35 years? That's why today, and every day, we're working to raise awareness about these majestic giants and the challenges they face. We're also dedicated to providing our amazing giraffes—Enzi, Providence, and Cora—with the best possible care. They're incredible ambassadors, helping to educate and inspire our guests to join us in protecting wildlife and their habitats.
