⚠️ Due to the extreme heat forecast, Zoo admission ⚠️ Due to the extreme heat forecast, Zoo admission is entirely FREE this Thursday and Friday, July 2 and 3. Some animals may choose to remain indoors or in shaded areas to stay cool, so guests may not see all animals during their visit. Stay cool, stay hydrated (bring your refillable water bottle and use our filling stations), and come enjoy our indoor exhibits, misting stations and water play in the Big Backyard!

And don't foreget, In celebration of the semiquincentennial (America's 250th) we are offering a special $4 admission rate for the entire day on the 4th of July. Tickets can be purchased online, or in-person at the gate on July 4, 2026.
