As a part of the AZA Tree Kangaroo SAFE program, we are participating in the Tree Roo Crunch-a-Thon to help continue to spread awareness about tree kangaroos and their conservation efforts. Our Zoo is home to 4 Matschie’s tree kangaroos, which is a species of tree kangaroo that are native to the mountainous rainforests of Papua New Guinea.
