All non-member tickets must be purchased online in advance of your visit.

The Zoo is open daily from 9 am – 4 pm.
If you see tickets for sale, it means we are OPEN that day! For all ticket assistance questions, email info@rwpzoo.org. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Simply show your digital membership card and a photo ID at any ticket booth for entry on the day of your visit.

Download the eMembership Card app, under institutions select Roger Williams Park Zoo. Click “Find my membership cards,” enter your last name and the phone number used when purchasing – then start using your card!
