Join Us For an Exclusive Screening of “Sesame Street and the Great Elephant Adventure”

PROVIDENCE, RI (September 16, 2026) Sesame Street’s First-Ever Safari Comes to Roger Williams Park Zoo! On Saturday, September 26, Ocean State Media presents an exclusive screening of “Sesame Street and the Great Elephant Adventure” ahead of its October broadcast premiere. Join Elmo and the Sesame Street friends on the big screen for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure to a Kenyan elephant sanctuary and an African safari. There will be no character appearances or meet & greets at this event, it’s a video presentation of the new show only.

Enjoy the show, engage in hands-on learning activities, and take-home branded giveaways at the Zoo’s Education Center. Screenings will be available at 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am and 12:30 pm. Activities and screenings are included with your Zoo admission and free for Zoo members. Please note seating availability is first-come, first-served.
