Thank you for your interest in participating in the Roger Williams Park Zoo’s first Pride Night on Saturday, July 19th! We’re excited to partner with community organizations to celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community. Please complete the registration form below.

Tabling Guidelines:

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following guidelines: Maintain a professional and respectful presence at all times, keep your designated tabling area clean and organized throughout the event, represent yourself and your organization in a positive light. Please note that the sale of any items is prohibited during community tabling.

Please note: The Zoo will provide one (1) table and two (2) chairs per registered organization.

Fees and Requirements:

Fee: Please be aware that a $50 REFUNDABLE fee is required to confirm your registration. This fee will be returned after the event. We will be in contact with you regarding payment details after your registration is received. Certificate of Insurance (COI): Please note that your organization will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to the event. Further details regarding COI requirements will be provided upon registration confirmation.
