He is just one of 14 incredible tree kangaroo species - and most people have never even heard of them!

That feeling when you turn 4 years old! 😃🎉 Our Linne's two-toed sloth Beanie is celebrating her special day today with lots of snuggles from her baby Nicko, tasty biscuits, and lots of naps! 🦥

Beanie was born at RWPZoo in 2020, and her baby Nicko was just born in March of this year! Sloth arrivals at the zoo aren't just adorable news for visitors, they're a vital step in sloth conservation. These zoo births are part of Species Survival Plans (SSPs) which carefully manage sloth populations under human care. Beanie and her baby are ambassadors for their species, and are making an adorable impact!
