☘️🌈 Happy St. Patrick’s Day from these orange and ☘️🌈 Happy St. Patrick’s Day from these orange and green lucky charms! 🧡
Happy National Catio Day from our newest, paw-siti Happy National Catio Day from our newest, paw-sitively adorable residents: Ferguson, Wimpy Kid, Oreo, and Jane! 😻

These rescues from the RISPCA are officially the stars of our (almost complete) catio habitat - a stylish, secure "cat patio" designed to give our felines the ultimate outdoor experience. A catio is the perfect way for cats to soak up the fresh air and sunshine without the risks of traffic or predators, and most importantly, without preying on our local wildlife.

This exhibit marks our commitment to the AZA SAFE North American Songbird program, showcasing how protecting wildlife starts in our own backyards. While we adore our cats, free-roaming domestic felines account for billions of bird deaths annually in the U.S. Choosing a catio or harness-trained walks is a direct win-win for conservation. We can give our pets long, healthy lives while allowing native songbirds to thrive.

As we add the finishing touches to the catio, you may be able to intermittently see our new furriends out and about! We look forward to welcoming everyone when it officially opens in just a few weeks!

The red river hog sports a warty, elongated "super-snout". From foraging for snacks to winning fights, these hogs really know how to use their heads!
